Banana Lemon Ginger Smoothie | Refreshing and Energizing Drink

Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 cup Almond milk (or preferred milk)
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Fresh grated ginger (or ground ginger)
1/4 tsp Turmeric (fresh or ground)
1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
Ice cubes (optional for a colder, thicker smoothie) ❄️
