Natural Remedies to Clean a Mop
1. Baking Soda Solution

Add ½ cup of baking soda to a bucket of warm water.

Soak the mop or rags for a couple of hours.

Rinse until the water runs clear.

Optionally, wash in the washing machine: place baking soda in the detergent drawer, set temperature to 70°C, and wash.

2. Vinegar Disinfectant

Mix 1 cup of vinegar per liter of warm water.

Soak the mop for 30 minutes.

Rinse thoroughly and wring out excess water.

For stronger cleaning, add 2 tablespoons of baking soda.

3. Lemon FreshenerFill a container with water and the juice of 2 lemons.

Soak the mop for 1 hour.

Rinse well.

Lemon not only disinfects but also removes bad odors.
